Campaign Finance Reports

Due to majors changes in Campaign Finance Laws, the Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance (OCPF) will be hosting a seminar on October 30, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Hearing Room at Government Center. The changes will go into effect on January 1, 2015. For more information, please read the attached memo, which OCPF mailed to City Council candidates with active committees.


The following are copies of the Campaign Finance Reports filed in the City Clerk's Office with $1,000 or more in activity during the reporting period, as required by M.G.L. Chapter 55, Section 26.


Reporting Periods:


January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010


January 1, 2011 to August 26, 2011


August 27, 2011 to October 21, 2011


October 22, 2011 to December 31, 2011


January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 (Year-end filers only)


January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012


January 1, 2013 to October 18, 2013


October 19, 2013 to December 31, 2013


January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 (Year-end filers only)


Municipal candidates for office must file their reports with the City Clerk.  


Mayoral candidates who expect to raise or spend $5,000 or more in an election cycle are required to electronically file their reports with the Office of Campaign and Political Finance.
