Residents can now call 1-800-211-1811. When residents call the above number they will be asked to describe the problem and to provide a street light number if possible, as well as a street address and/or cross street. Outages can also be reported online at Bishop Electric. It is important to include an address or cross street and/or street pole # to assure proper response. This way of doing business comes about as a result of a Streetlight Maintenance Contract recently executed between the City of Fall River and Bishop Electric.
