Municipal Hearings
Hearings are conducted 21 days from the date the ticket was issued. Tickets over 21 days cannot be appealed and a penalty is automatically added to the fine.
When mailing a payment for tickets 19 days old or over, please call the Traffic and Parking Division at 508-324-2577. It could take a few days before the payment is processed and calling the office prevents a late fee from being assessed.
Hearings are scheduled Monday through Thursday during June to September from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 11:00 a.m.to 2:00 p.m. during the months of October through May.
