The Community Development Agency encourages, facilitates and maximizes citizen input and participation in all aspects of government through general city service requests, monthly neighborhood meetings, assisting in the coordination of volunteer efforts, and outreach to our Neighborhood Associations.
The Community Development Agency acts as a liaison to facilitate the delivery of services in collaboration with city departments and serve as a primary contact for Neighborhood residents to communicate with City Government.
Report a Neighborhood Issue
The Community Development Agency offers online assistance for neighborhood issues/city service requests. To email a neighborhood issue/city service request to the Community Development Agency just email to CDA@fallriverma.org (Please be advised that emails are checked on a regular basis throughout the day, and you will be contacted as soon as possible to facilitate your request.)
The Community Development Agency is available at (508)-679-0131 to facilitate requests Monday-Friday (9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.) For neighborhood issues or city service requests that may occur over the weekend please contact our Office @ 508-642-9114. We will make every attempt to respond to your request as quickly as possible.
Just stop in! The Community Development Agency is open between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays on the 4th floor, Room 414.
