National Grid & Eversource Customer Webinars

In October, National Grid and Eversource are co-sponsoring a series of MA Income Eligible customer webinars in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Attendance for these webinars will be generated via a September bill insert, Facebook and Instagram social media ads, and an e-mail invitation deploying on Tue 9/29, Tue 10/6, and Tue 10/13. Copies of these communications are attached.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created many new and stressful situations for all of us. During these challenging times, financial assistance programs for income-eligible customers are especially in demand. Some customers may have never qualified before but may be newly eligible for financial assistance now. These webinars will help educate customers about available solutions.
