The City Clerk’s Online Payment Center accepts payments for licenses and permits, dog licenses, and vital records. If paying for licenses and permits online, please be sure to also email completed applications to city_clerk@fallriverma.gov and mail original completed applications to:

Please note that business certificates must be already notarized and completed in black ink.
All credit card transactions will show on your statement as Fall River Tax Pymt along with the convenience fee showing as Unibk Fall River Tx Fee.
