While Government Center is closed to the public, the City Clerk’s Office is continuing to provide services to the public by use of the drop-off box, by mail or online.
Drop-Off Box/Mail
Requests for records, licenses or permits can be mailed or dropped off at the drop-off box located at the Third Street entrance. Please address the envelope to the City Clerk and enclose a note with your request and contact information with a check or money order made payable to the City of Fall River. Documents will be mailed to you and we will call or email you with any questions.
Online Payments
We have also expanded our online services on the City Clerk’s Online Payment Center. If paying for licenses and permits online, please be sure to also email completed applications to city_clerks@fallriverma.org and leave in the drop-off box or mail original completed applications to:

All credit card transactions will show on your statement as Fall River Tax Pymt along with the convenience fee showing as Unibk Fall River Tx Fee
