The Streets and Highways Division of the Department of Community Maintenance endeavors to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of Fall River. To do this, the Streets and Highways Division maintains all of the city’s planters, monuments, as well as working to ensure that all those who enter our city arrive at a clean and well kept entrance area.
