What We Do
The Administrator’s goal is to perform day to day oversight of City departments and make best efforts to provide municipal services in an efficient and cost-effective manner, recognizing that quality customer service must remain our number one priority.
Our residents and businesses expect that their tax dollars will be spent wisely. The Administration constantly seeks ways to use technology, best practices, and proven service delivery models to meet the needs of our residents, businesses, and visitors.
Your suggestions and feedback are always welcomed. Working together, in a constructive way, we will continue to make strides in expanding our tax base, improving our City services and enhancing the quality of life for everyone who comes to know our community.
Our Goals are to:
- Work with department heads to establish performance criteria for each municipal department that will enable elected officials to make objective decisions regarding resource allocations.
- Work with municipal departments to complete updates of their Policies and Procedures Manuals.
