- All acceptable plastic, glass, and metal should be placed in the blue recycling bin.
- Empty and rinse containers. Flatten if possible.

Newspapers with inserts, cereal boxes, cookie boxes, flat or corrugated cardboard, mail, magazines, all office/home paper.

Place all materials in brown paper bags or bundle with string and place on top or on the side of the recycling bin. Please cut brown cardboard into 2 feet x 2 feet pieces.
These items are not recyclable. Please dispose them in the trash:
- Cans formerly containing hazardous materials
- Pizza boxes
- Plastic bags
- Styrofoam
- Wire hangers
- Waxed cardboard, such as juice or milk carton
