GET INVOLVED IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Mayor William A. Flanagan's Office of Neighborhood Outreach encourages, facilitates and maximizes citizen input and participation in all aspects of government through general city service requests, monthly neighborhood meetings, assisting in the coordination of volunteer efforts, publication of the neighborhood newsletter and outreach to our Neighborhood Associations.
Neighborhood Outreach Coordinator, Perry Long works as a liaison to facilitate the delivery of services in collaboration with city departments and serve as a primary contact for Neighborhood residents to communicate with the Mayor's Office.

Mayor William A. Flanagan's Office of Neighborhood Outreach offers online assistance for neighborhood issues/city service requests. To email a neighborhood issue/ city service request to the Office of Neighborhood Outreach just click on the City Service request tab on the lower lefthand side of our homepage. (Please be advised that emails are checked on a regular basis throughout the day, and you will be contacted as soon as possible to facilitate your request.)

The Office of Neighborhood Outreach is available at (508)-676-0324 to facilitate requests Monday-Friday (9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.) For neighborhood issues or city service requests that may occur over the weekend please contact our Neighborhood Outreach Coordinator at (774)-274-5840. We will make every attempt to respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Just stop in! The Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Outreach is open between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. If you would like to speak to someone either before 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends, you can call 774-274-5840.
