Regular meetings of the City Council are, unless otherwise scheduled, held at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of each month in the Council Chamber, located on the 2nd floor of Government Center.

**Special Joint Meeting with the School Committee

Citizens' Input Time

Fall River residents are welcome to address the members of the City Council at each meeting of the Committee

on Finance after all other matters have been disposed of, prior to each regular Council meeting.

To ensure all interested are given an opportunity to address the Council, these guidelines are followed:

• Only residents of the city may address the Council.
• There is a three minute time limit for each resident.
• Subjects to be addressed must be matters concerning City Government.
• Residents must sign name, address and subject matter with the City Clerk prior to Citizens' Input time.

The President of the City Council may waive the rules to allow non-city residents to address the Council.

Citizen input time will not exceed 30 minutes at each Committee on Finance meeting.

• Meetings are re-broadcasted on Channel 18 everyday at 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
