The mission of Youth Services is to encourage and promote positive youth development, a continuing process by which young people seek to meet their basic physical and social needs and build the competencies necessary to transition into adulthood.
It collaborates with youth-servicing agencies, sponsors youth leadership groups and helps identify and address youth issues.
