For those employees who wish to acquire short-term disability insurance or additional supplemental coverage, it may be done through payroll deductions.  The City of Fall River does not administer the plans. Employees must contact either an AFLAC and/or Colonial Supplemental Insurance representative to enroll and file a claim.  Their contact information is as follows:
