The City of Fall River’s UniPay Online Payments Center gives customers a convenient, efficient, and user-friendly way to pay bills online 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle Excise, Boat Excise Taxes and Public Utility payments are accepted.
Traffic and litter fines may be paid in person or by check to the Traffic and Parking Division or the City Clerk's office, respectively. Pay parking tickets online here.

Current, full and exact payment of balance.

A service fee is charged based on the transaction amount for each online credit card payment.
A confirmation number will be issued after the payment has been received.
Past due tax bills must be paid at the Collector’s Office. Call for past due amount.
