The Division of Health and Human Services includes the Health Department, Public Health Nursing Office, Council on Aging, Youth Services, a number of grant-funded programs including Tobacco Control, and a close collaborative partnership with Partners for a Healthier Community, Inc., the local Community Health Network Area (CHNA) through which Healthy City Fall River is hosted.
