Authorized by the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act, the ESG program provides assistance to families with children and single adults throughout Fall River. Partnered with the Massachusetts Departments of Social services, Public Health and Transitional Assistance, ESG funded programs enable service delivery to the most needy.
