The Division of Management Information Systems (MIS) is the technology and data processing center for the City of Fall River.

Responsibilities include:

• Procure new software, equipment, training, and maintenance of all computer related equipment

• Manage and maintain the local area and wide area networks with over 200 users, personal computers, servers, and peripherals.

• Oversight of the city’s telephone system, mail room and print shop.

• Repair, maintenance and end-user training for the city’s computers, printers, and the electronic mail system.
